Name: 50th Anniversary of the Tallinn Philatelic Society

Comment: Because it's a 50th anniversary for a philatelic society. I have supposed the black and white old town represents 50 years ago, and the colorized stamp represents contrast with the old town (past) and modern building (today). How about your opinion?
