It is a choice of necessity for China to implement energy efficient and emissions reduction measures and vigorously promote the development and application of new energy in order to achieve sustainable development

Jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Science & Technology of China (MOST), National Development and Reform Commission of China (NRDC), Ministry of Education of China (MOE), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MOIIT), Ministry of Finance of China (MOF), Ministry of Environmental Protection of China (MOEP), Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China (MOHURD), Ministry of Transport of China (MOT), Ministry of Railways of China (MOR), Government Offices Administration of the State Council (GOASC), National Energy Administration (NEA), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), the 2009 China International Energy Saving, Emissions Reduction and New Energy Science & Technology Expo (CHIESER S&T Expo) will be held in Beijing from March 19 to 23, 2009 to showcase and promote domestic and international technological achievements in energy efficiency and emissions reduction, and accelerate cooperation and transaction of technologies, equipments and products.

Comment: This Pre-stamped Postcard (JP154) has two first in China Pre-stamped Postcards (JP series) history. 1.It's the first time the pre-stamped uses the large size, the traditional size is 148×100mm, but this postcard is 165×115mm; 2.This is the first time that the postcard was made by recycled paper.
